Ross graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Faco, he worked in the hotel industry. Ross was hired to install Faco’s first computerized accounting system in 1989. Afterwards, he moved into a sales position. Ross became co-owner in 2005. He enjoys auto racing, comedy, music, attending concerts, exercise and nutrition, and spending time with his family. He resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife, Kelli, and son and daughter.
Brandon Hines
Owner, Municipal Valve and Process Sales
Indiana
Brandon graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He worked in the restaurant industry in several different roles for 12 years where he refined his strong work ethic. Brandon joined Faco in 2005 and moved into outside sales in 2007. He enjoys golfing, playing basketball, watching sporting events and spending time with his family. He resides in Fishers, IN with his wife, Erin, and daughter and son.

Steve graduated from Ball State University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing. Thereafter, he spent ten years with Rex Business Machines as a business equipment sales manager. After ten years in sales at Faco, Steve became co-owner in 2005. Steve enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his family. He resides in Fishers, IN with his wife, Carolyn, and three daughters.

Kevin graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business. He spent over 12 years working as the Inside Sales and Warehouse Manager for a leading manufacturer of precision machine components before joining Faco in 2018. Kevin is an avid runner who completed numerous marathons and triathlons including one Ironman. He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. He resides in Greenwood, IN with his wife, Danielle, and their three sons.
Jeremy VanErman
Municipal Process Sales
Jeremy has 20 years of a background and experience in the Water & Waste Water Industry. During this time he has represented the Owner, Engineer and General Contractor at various points of his career. Most recently Jeremy was providing marketing, sales and client services with a local Water & Waste Water Engineering firm. Jeremy will be charged with growing Faco’s Process & Valve Division market presence throughout Indiana targeting existing and future clients with a focus on local Cities, Towns & Utilities.
Amy Dossett
Inside Sales
Before joining Faco, Amy worked as a Warehouse Supervisor at DSM Engineering Plastics and a Warehouse Team Leader for Grainger Industrial Supply. Thereafter, she worked for Hydronic Sales in Evansville, IN as a bookkeeper and inside sales for southern Indiana (south of I-64), Kentucky, Missouri and Illinois. She enjoys bass fishing, tennis and running. She resides in Marion, Kentucky with her husband, Robert. She has two sons and five grandchildren.
Ken Sobbe
Municipal Process Sales
Ken has 51 years as Manufacturers Representative in the Water and Wastewater Equipment Field. He graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His experience includes representing various process and pump manufacturers such as AUMA Actuators, Lakeside Equipment Corp, Komline Sanderson Engineering Corp., SUEZ, , Inc, Ross Valve, Swaby/Lobeline Positive Displacement Pumps, Serpentix Conveyor Corporation, ValMatic Valves, and Whipps gates. His experience also includes Engineering Design assistance, training and start-up support.
Adria McClellan

Adria graduated from Indiana University Purdue University – Indianapolis in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations. Before joining Faco, she worked for Indiana Utility Shareholders Association (IUSA) as their Membership Coordinator for five years. Adria enjoys watching basketball and football, playing volleyball, exercising and cooking in her free time. She loves Marvel movies, traveling, attending music concerts and spending time with her family. Adria resides in Indianapolis, IN with her dog Archie.

Before joining Faco, Kelly worked at Trane in a sales supportive role for 8 years and as a Service Coordinator for 3 years. She enjoys watching sports, spending time with her family and being a soccer and baseball mom. She resides in Fishers with her son and daughter, and dog, Brady.

Jerry Lodge
Warehouse / Production Manager
Jerry graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1979. Previously, he worked in the maintenance department of several apartment complexes handling HVAC work and repair for 12 years. Jerry worked as a lead mechanic on local auto race teams as a hobby. He started working in the Faco warehouse in 1995 while learning Faco’s product lines. Currently, he orders all production and maintenance materials, controls inventory levels, and organizes shipping and receiving of all orders. Jerry enjoys spending time with his family, auto racing and country music. He resides in Greenwood, IN with his wife, Evelyn, and his son.
Aleah Jo Wade
Administrative Specialist
Aleah Jo graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with an Associate of Science in Business degree. Before coming to Faco in 2019, she spent 15 years as an Account Manager for a local, award-winning IT Sales and Solutions company. Aleah Jo is a compassionate being whom in her free time helps organize and run the world’s largest fundraiser for the 4p- Support Group, Kammy’s Kause (www.kammyskause.org). She also has a very competitive spirit and if not volunteering, she’s guaranteed to be playing in one of her various sporting leagues ranging from volleyball to ping pong. She resides in Fortville, IN with her two fur-children, Stark and Athena.

Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Kim graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business. She came to Faco with a strong construction accounting background having worked in the Indianapolis area as a controller for general contractors, subcontractors and a construction supplier. Kim’s favorite hobby is cooking for her friends and family. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and food. Her favorite summer activity is attending outdoor concerts, and in the winter participates in a bowling league. Kim resides in Fishers, IN having relocated here from Iowa in 2007.
